My Story

Purposeful Work
The most powerful photographs are created through connection. I connect with my clients by quickly establishing trust. Thirty years behind the camera has deepened my curiosity about relationships and the human spirit. I’m drawn to documenting emotion and I’d rather go deep. Motherhood has also had a significant impact on my creative lens.

Relaxed, Relatable, Real
I discovered photography through film and spent college in a darkroom. This slower process was an early influence. I strive for photographs that are honest. My style is determined by intuition, experience and simplicity.

For Every Client
I include hundreds of final images and download access in high resolution.

My Story
I received my BFA in Photography and Textiles from California College of the Arts. I’m a San Francisco native and after years in the city, moved to Sebastopol, West Sonoma County. I love yoga, sobriety, Paris, denim and desserts. I have two redheaded adult children. A multidisciplinary creative by profession and passion, I’m visually driven, always seeking beauty and a believer in neuroaesthetics. My images have been licensed by national brands for cards, books and gift bags. My former soft goods line, Archival Decor, was based on my photographs and carried by major accounts, including Barneys, ABC Home and Neiman Marcus. My former Sebastopol farmhouse was the chosen location for shoots by Toyota, Pottery Barn, Walmart, Amazon, Pendleton, Williams Sonoma, Sundance, West Elm and many more. In addition to photography, I’m available for interior space design.
